Unify is a data collection and automated reporting platform for manufacturing plants. It unifies SCADA/PLC (OPC UA/DA), CSV/XLSX files, and manual entry into one source of truth. Reduce shift reporting time by ~80%, compress TSDB storage at roughly 10:1, and stay on-prem.

The central Gateway ingests data from SCADA/PLC via OPC UA/DA, CSV/XLSX files from the lab or warehouse, and manual forms from operations. Data is normalized in short-term SQL and then synchronized to TSDB with roughly 10:1 compression for long-term storage.
